'I understand'
Is such an over used phrase. When said with honesty, its obviously fine.
But when said because they think it is what you want to hear, or what they 'think' you feel, is when I start to get frustrated.
When they say they can relate, and know how shit it is, yet turn around and contradict the words that just left their mouth, humours and angers me at the same time.
No, I don't think you do 'understand', at all. Two or so months, does not, and I mean does not compare to over two years.
I wouldn't care so much if you didn't say that you understood, because clearly, you don't.
You move off people like yesterdays jam, and get involved and attached so quickly, that I cannot help but chortle.
Quite frankly, I hope you come to realise how silly you are being.
